See updated README about setting permisions to /dev/mbuff

copy mbuff.o to /lib/modules/`uname -r`/misc
run depmod -a   (you will get a warning, ignore it, this is because mbuff is
compiled with debugging)
Add:
alias char-major-10-254 mbuff
to /etc/modules.conf or conf.modules
restart kerneld
