Questions about lrp in minirtl

hi, everyone

I want to make a system in a floopy that can support rtlinux.
But I don't know how the minirtl use the lrp package. 
If I use the dd command to make the ramdisk and the kernel image
together in a floopy, the whole floopy can not be known as a 
filesystem. So I want to know how to make a floopy with filesystem
and locate the ramdisk image in proper position. So I can tell 
the kernel to load the ramdisk in correct position of floopy.
