Kernel Panic while booting

Hi, 

 I am trying to put a GPS Card (From Mitel) to work under 
RTlinux (V2.2) and the computer eventually crashes while running 
the application. After one of these crashes, when I tried to reboot
the machine I received the following message:
"Kernel Panic : No Init found. try passing init= Option to Kernel"

Can someone help me?
