Here comes the wonderfully untested release of mbuff.

This is a snapshot, experimental release. If verified, most of the changes
will be included in stable 0.6 release. I intend to proceed to fix fork/VMA
cloning problem - this will be probably done only in 0.7.

If there are requests not done now and not in TODO file, please tell me.
