Problems with ISR

Hi All,

  I am using rtl V2.3 on intel Pentium machines to develop software for
a ISA GPS board from Mitel. The
software runs fine in some machines; but I noticed that, in others
machines, the ISR stops running after ~2.5s; playing with the board I/O
address sometimes help, sometimes not. My ISR should run at every 800us.

Does anybody knows what could be happening?
