AFAIK both of these use the Intel StrongARM processor. There doesn't 
seem to be an ARM port of RTLinux yet (though I'm more than happy to 
be corrected on that issue).

The manufacturer's web site tends to be a good source; try 
http://developer.intel.com/ .

Why do you think you need a realtime handheld ?
