Hello,
I try to get access to a HDLC-board in my computer.
The board has got a shared memory of 256 kByte and a lot of port register.
I've got the sourcecode of the driver for "normal"-Linux.
Now i try to rewrite my own realtime-driver and use some functions of the
"normal" driver.
I want to get the virtual address of the board with the function
ioremap( u32 phy_base_address, u32 length )
but in the executing of this function i get an Oops-Message that says
there is a NULL-pointer.
I have prooft all used pointers and they are correct with the right
address.
I can't explain me, whey i get this message!!!
bye
Oliver Finsinger
