Has anyone tried to use vmware  <http://www.vmware.com> under RTL 3.0?
It seems there is some timer conflict which crashes the vmware and
causes kernel Ooops.
I am using RTL 3.0 / 2.2.18. 
Otherwise, the vanilla 2.2.18 runs vmware just fine.
