I also have a lack of time, but I have found one that it free for download. If you wont support you have to pay for it.

I am doing some test on it right now, but I have some minor problems with the Makefile and version control.
This version is based on redhat 6.2 and RT-linux 2.3, but I think that it will be possible to use rtlinux 3.0. (I can not think off any reason way not).
