Hi,
Without knowing your application, my first response is:
Step back and ask yourself, do I really need T=20us-50us?
In order to help you better, my questions would be:
What kind of power control system?
Are you using phase fired SCR's?
Is this some kind of switching power supply?
Are you converting DC power to AC power?
Is this some power monitoring system with some overall system control?
