hi all,
i think the answer related to this question starts
with the definition of the "hidden scheduling" - this
is the type of scheduling which the kernel always
performs irrespective of the task it is running so the
total time allocated to the task is not the actual
utilized time.
so i think this periodic routines e.g callout
tables have higher priority than the interrupting
routine.
