I can ... I have here realtime control and a GUI with a scope.
But as I said: a good and fast X4.x.x will not work together with RTL
(except: you can live with jitter ...).
For some people it worked - but not for me. And as long as there's no
100% guarantee that X4 is RTL compatible ...
X3.3.6 works and even the X forwarding works (what might be a nice
feature if the local box has no video card (and hopefully no unwanted
PCI access - but a busy network card ...)
Too much work meant:
Are you a realtime programmer or a XFree programmer? (Personally: I
wouldn't like to read some 1000 lines of code I don't understand ...)
If you can fix the problem - do it ...
