[rtl] correction: new mailling list

There has been some confusion about the new mailling list for rtlinux.
 
The new mailling list for discussion of rtlinux documentation issues is
  documentation@rtlinux.cs.nmt.edu
 
To post messages to this list, you must first subscribe.
 
To subscribe, send an e-mail to  majordomo@rtlinux.cs.nmt.edu 
with the following line in the BODY of the message (not the Subject line)
 
   subscribe documentation
 
or, to subscribe to the list with a specific (different) e-mail address
 
   subscribe documentation yourlogin@your.machine.address
