[rtl] patch 0.6-2.0.33

For those of you who answered my first mail thanks.

My problem turned out to be an older incompatible version of the insmod
binaries (pre version 2.0.0). For those of us who are not Kernel hackers
this means that when you upgrade to a new kernel version, other system
software my become dated and require updating to work correctly with the
new kernel.

I used the following resources:

http://www.kernel.org/pub/ -downloaded kernel version 2.0.33
http://rtlinux.cs.nmt.edu/~rtlinux -downloaded patch version 0.6 for kernel
                                       2.0.33

after untaring the kernel read the file
.../linux-2.0.33/Documentation/Changes and upgrade software as recommended.

You may want to install the new kernel before upgrading other system
software since it may not be completely compatible with your previous
kernel. This all worked fine for me. I will add a chapter to the document
outlining the steps I took. If you are still having trouble with this
patch, I would recommend starting over with a fresh kernel.
