[rtl] Flash File System

Maybe my question is a little not related to this mailling list but I
think some of you
might have an answer for me.

Is a flash file system for linux or rtlinux exists?

I am desperately looking for a way of creating a database on a flash
memory
and I need a flash file system to optimize the read-write operations.
