Re: [rtl] C++ and global ctor/dtor



I haven't worked on this for several months, but I suspect insmod does
not assemble named code sections properly, like the linker does.
Either this, or the code loader Linux uses to load and execute a
program does something extra that insmod does not do.

That's as far as I got when something more pressing came along. If I
can get back to this, these are the areas I plan to investigate as to
why global ctor/dtors are not invoked. (Unless someone else does it in
the mean time<G>.)
