[rtl] LinuxFocus article

Hi all:

	I have written an article about RT-Linux for the
web magazine LinuxFocus:

http://www.linuxfocus.org

	This is a multilingual magazine every article it is
translated to: english, french, turkish, german, spanish 
and russian.

	The paper is only  an introduction to the real time issues. 
I'm planning to continue the series with a detailed description
of the distribution examples.. as well as some contributed
examples.

	The purpose of this series of articles is to show the
possibilities of RT-Linux to a broad audience.
