[rtl] New RT-Linux and non-SMP kernels

Hi,

thanks for the new 2.1.x RT-Linux. It seems to work on my
setting. However I tried to build it with SMP turned off and it
failed. Some structures and functions that IMHO should be outside of
__SMP__ ifdef's are inside and vice versa.

Is there any serious reason why non-SMP RT-Linux in 2.1.x kernels is not
supported ? I always turn SMP off when building kernels as I don't have
any MP beast.

					Thanks, Petr
