[rtl] Int latency
In this thesis, Micheal Baraban, gives about 34 us for
interrupt latency with a a Pentium at 120 MHz. On the testing
RT-Linux web page of argentina they give a response time between
2.34 and 4.38 us (better than QNX !!!). what is the reason of this factor 10 between the
two tests ???
What is the context witching under Rt_linux ??
