[rtl] matrox meteor II drivers

Hi,

I'm about to start writing a set of drivers for the matrox meteor II
frame grabber,
surprisingly, with matrox blessing & support :)

what I'd like to ask, is for people who have need for this thing, or who
messed with the area before, to post ideas / requests for what would
they like to see in it, and any ideas / wishes you may have

also, if you have any source code for other frame grabbers, that might
help too.
