[rtl] Weekly Updates (July 25, 1998)

1. Alessandro Rubini (author of Linux Device Drivers book) gave us his
permission to reprint his articles in the Kernel Korner (Linux Journal,
1996, March, April, and May). We can include them in the RT 
documentaion web site under "modules". Now Olga Mill  needs to get a
permission from the Linux Journal.

2. Olga Mill is rewriting installation instructions.
Any suggestions on how to organize this documentation can be
sent to Olga Mill <omill@rtlinux.cs.nmt.edu>. Should 
it be written for every version of the RT or just the recent one?
