[rtl] smp timing...

hi,

after a long fight i finaly got the SMP 2.1.90 running.

when running the monitor program,  i get some very unstable readouts.
like min -14, max 169, avg -11 .
when the -14 is almost fixed, and the max is something between 150-200,
avg is about -10 -11 .

is it ok ???? how can i test it, fix that bad timing ?

I use a dual P-II 350 , board, from "I-Will".

2nd problem , can't access the net (eth0) ,
the 3com card report (or, the kernel) a bad checksum, but the same card
/ system works with the older kernel.
