Weekly Updates

1. Since there are some users who would install oldest versions of RT
(0.5, and 0.5a), Olga Mill <omill@rtlinux.cs.nmt.edu>  decided to update
installation instructions incrementally (e.i still keeping old versions of
RT installation instructions).

2. Alessandro Rubini gave the RT documentation project group his
permission to publish his articles on how to compile modules. However,
Linux Journal that originally published the the articles, has not been
responding to Olga Mill's inquires regarding their permission to republish
the material.
