[rtl] Device drivers -- Newbie
Currently I am converting a device driver that was developed for Lynx
rtos to rtlinux. I was wondering, when the device driver is loaded, is
it a module in the rtlinux kernel or the linux kernel? I believe that it
is part of the rt kernel but, would like to be sure. If the driver is
loaded in the rt kernel, can semaphores and the ioctl function be used?
Thank-you in advance.
