/etc/rc.d/rc.local is a good place to put the required
insmod commands. 

Or to get fancyer look in /etc/rc.d/init.d and copy any
of the files there.  Each takes either "start" or "stop"
as a parameter.  If you do this then you can use RedHat's
runlevel editor GUI to control loading the RTL modules.

I little study of the /etc/rc.d directory structure will
pay off
