It is some kind of pre2.0.36 + many additional patches (especially sound).
You have two options:

1. get kernel-2.0.36-whatever.src.rpm, install, try to add RT patches on top
of it (requires some knowledge of rpm -bp  etc...), possibly resolving
conflicts manually. When you are finished, release kernel-2.0.36-RT.src.rpm
Advantage: you see what you are really running on RH.


2. get rid of RH /usr/src/linux, install there clean 2.0.35, add RT-patches,
configure (you may take .config file from .src.rpm), make dep, make zImage,
make modules
make modules_install
Advantage: easier.
