[rtl] RT_TICKS_PER_SEC

Hi All

does anyone know what is the meaning of that #define value? does it mean
the CPU interrupt the kernel for a timer interrupt at a frequency of
RT_TICKS_PER_SEC?

if not, does anyone know how often the CPU interrupt the kernel for a
timer interrupt?

Thanks!

Thomas
