[rtl] Real time disk operations

Hi,
I am working on a project which requires real time disk read/write.
I am considering to use RT-Linux, and make the disk operation part
as the program scheduled by RT-Linux. In other words, I need to do
some user level device driver work myself.

My question is:
Can I directly borrow those IDE disk device driver source codes
provided by Linux and use them in my program? or if not, what is
a easy and convenient way to do that? any suggestions?
