[rtl] Problem with "keyboard errors"

I need rtlinux to drive an hydraulic compact-prover but...
(it's hard to migrate from visualbasic to c with rtlinux, but I trust in
Glade)

The first time I installed rtlinux correctly I had a problem with my
motherboard : crash when using keyboard buffer (tab or others) or when
making a keyboard error (beep) (sorry, I've just discovered linux).
The problem is different since I've changed the motherboard  : the
reactions under KDE are different if I have or not done a keyboard error
since the boot of the system ; after a keyboard error, clock become
slow, everything become slow...
