[rtl] pc-internal speaker drive on RT

Hi, here.

We are new for rt-linux. We intend to try to make a comparison for PC internal 
speaker runing between linux and rt-linux. 

For doing the latter, do we need to combine the PC speaker driver with the 
rt-linux together. From the rt-linux manual, we found an example for making a 
sound at the "11.3 Example: SOUND," but we fail to implement it. Does anyone 
have it tested before ? We need your help with more detailed instructios for 
your testing, please.
