[rtl] mmap to userland (topic??)

Hi members

at boot time I steal 16MB RAM from kernelland.
This is nice plain linear RAM for disk IO. 
As the projekt grows I would like to kick the
file manager out of kernelland into userland.
For this purpose I need to see my DTA
(DataTransferArea) from userland.
All my mmap trys lead to pages with lots of 
zeros in it :( but no physical pages.
