FW: [rtl] RTL website

It's not you, I get the same thing using Netscape 4.5 on both Linux and
WinNT, and with IE4 on WinNT. Something is definately wrong with the page,
but you can still do a "view source" and manually dig out some of the links
(there is some HTML code in there even though it doesn't show up on the
screen).

Subject: [rtl] RTL website

Hi!

Is there something wrong with the rtl-website? All I get is the top logo
and the message:

    No Frames Version...

The rest of the page is blank. This is the page that I get bumped into
"by default": http://rtlinux.cs.nmt.edu/~rtlinux/homepage_noframes.shtml

I have never had any problems in the past, until now.

I am using Netscape 4.05 on SuSE 5.3.

Suggestions? Comments?
