[rtl] API-Doc?

Hallo experts!
I would like to know if there is some compact piece of information about the
rtlinux API. I found this chapter in the RTlinux-Manual empty. Is it the
only way to have a look at the sample applications? We have to find out, how
much work it would be to port a certain application to rtl. The man pages do
not seem to contain enough information.
