[rtl] re: QNX style message passing in LINUX/RTLinux

Thanks to some generous help from our local Toronto Linux Users Group this
project now has a home.

As always we are looking for volunteers to help bring this stuff closer to
RTLinux and enhance the performance.

Suggestions always welcome.

may have now reached the point where emailing tar.gz files and updates is
impractical.
