[rtl] Monotonic Scheduler Problems

I downloaded and finally got compiled the Rate Monotonic scheduler but
it hangs my system when I try to use it.  Can someone give my any
suggestions? Does it use a different rt_task_init?

I couldn't get the example app to compile on my system either.  I am
using rtl 0.9.
