[rtl] RTL 1_1 Patch Makefile rejects


I noticed that RTL 1_1 generates a .rej file when patching RedHat Linux 5.2
(2.0.36) Makefile. The patch is searching for:
     MODLIB=/lib/modules.... 
The Makefile has:
     MODLIB=$(PREFIX)/lib/modules...
I am going to fix the Makefile and see if this is the cause of AIC7xxx not
having the
RTL1.1 version suffix.
