[rtl] Routines called from irq_handler

Hello all

I have a rt_driver for a comunications card on rt-linux0.6_2.0.33.

- Can i call routines like ?
        rt_make_periodic
        rt_taks_init
        rt_task_delete
    on my rt_irq_handler without risks?

- What's the diference betwen rt-irq and non-rt-irq?
