[rtl] changing a bit pattern on LPT

Hello :
	I am running a periodic RT task that sets a bit pattern
on a parallel port. 
	How can I change this bit pattern dynamically ? I mean
when a user presses a key, the bit pattern on the parallel port must be
changed ?
	Currently I get a stable bit pattern after I do insmod <module>
Any help will be appreciated
