[rtl] Downloadable RT Linux Manual

I need to install and use RT-Linux on a closed system that has no internet
access.  I'd like to download the HTML-version of the Linux manual that's
currently at
http://people.qualcomm.com/btwallac/projects/RTLManual/RTLManualv0.04/RTLMan
ual.html#toc1 and install it on my system.  Is there a single file that I
can download to do this, or do I have to go through a 'site-capture' to get
the whole thing?
