[rtl] floating point error with ELAN SC 400 (486SX)-processor

hallo,

we wanted to use floating point with an rt-kernel-module.
the thing works fine on pentium and 486-processors with a numerical
coprocessor. but on an
ELAN SC 400 you cannot load the kernel module because this processor
lacks the
numerical coprocessor.

Has anyone a fix for this problem?
- a compiler switch
- a special floating point library
???

please contact us immediately if someone has a solution:
