[rtl] minor hazards installing v1.2

I discovered three minor hazards installing v1.2 . These little hazards
aren't necessary and may cause newsgroup-postings over and over again:

-> downloading v1.2 from the 'www.rtlinux.org/~rtlinux/' the README says:
rtlinux1.2.Full.tgz contains rtlinux source and a linux kernel patch
	rtlinux1.2.patch.tgz contains rtlinux source and a patched linux kernel
	This is obviously not true!
	Workaround: Just switch the information about the contense of both
archives

-> RT-Linux Manual is not up to date concerning rt-fifo major-number, it
still 	states a major of 63, which is true up to v1.1.
	Workaround: From v1.2 on the major is 150
	(This could have spared some mail few days ago ...)

-> examples/sound: rtlpath.make is missing
	Should be included in this directory!
	Workaround: copy it from examples/frank/rtlpath.make

-> examples/frank: makefile doesn't set up fifo-devices /dev/rtf[0-3]
	Workaround: Create the devices by your own using major 150 (because this
is the correct major for v1.2+):
	mknod /dev/rtf0 c 150 0
	mknod /dev/rtf1 c 150 1
	mknod /dev/rtf2 c 150 2
	mknod /dev/rtf3 c 150 3

Is there someone who would like to fix it for this or the next release?
