[rtl] where is the man 9 linux kernel reference guide

I tried to "man 9 outb" and noticed section 9 is empty. I asked arround and it seems that nobody has it? Anyone know where to get it?

Also, I ran the beta11 on 2.2.10 and sometimes the computer crashes for some reason? Is it because the beta?
