[rtl] PowerPC

Hi,

	We are looking for RTLinux on PowerPC and might have at least
two man power to port RTLinux to PowerPC if it doesn't exist yet.  Please
let me know if you know something about that.  We don't want to start from
scratch if it already existed or somebody already starting.
