[rtl] OT? kernel version / list signup problems

Hello,

Can anyone tell me why most(all?) RT-Linux versions are based on even
numbered kernels? I thought that the odd ones were the stable ones.

Also,
Is there something wrong with the list majordomo? I have been trying to
signup for a couple weeks on and off and keep getting this message:

(and yes, I did follow the instructions ;-))
