[rtl] rt_com: insmod failed

insmod rt_com fails with
'init_module: Device or resource busy'

check_region( p->port, 8 ) seems to fail in init_module() in rt_com.c

How to get it working? Is there anything I'm missing? I need to get it
running as soon as possible!!!
