[rtl] rtlinux ethernet driver

We have developed, and are currently testing, a way to talk to standard
ethernet drivers in the kernel from our realtime task.  Is this the
appropriate place to open a discussion on the method we used, and the minor
changes that need to be made to a standard enet driver to make it usable
from rtlinux?
