Hi,
I am off to an astronomy/software conference for the first week of October.
At that meeting I am to chair a "Birds of a Feather" session called
"Real Time Linux - the RTOS for Astronomy?" but, since they have scheduled
it to be a *non* parallel session, I am guessing that the organizers are
thinking that there will be some interest. I also think that there will
*not* be many birds of a feather and it will probably turn out more like
an information exchange seminar.
Anyway, the point is: I will be presenting an overview of RT-Linux in all
its forms and generally making the case as to why one should consider it for
critical projects.
What I am looking for is material for overheads etc. I know some of you
have presented papers etc at other conferences (LinuxWorld etc) and was
wondering if you would be willing to share your thoughts/overheads etc.
Since this is quite a specific request, please respond to me directly and
not to the list.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
