[rtl] Is RTL to be represented at Linux Conf in Atlanta in October?

Honorable and Esteemed List Members:

Does anyone know if RTL is going to be represented at the Linux Conference
in Atlanta Oct. 12-16?  Any specific references?  That would give me all
the motivation I would need to make the trip for a day or two.
