[rtl] sound.o

Hi !

 does anybody have the sound.o from the examples running with ANY 2.2.X 
 kernel ?? I can't get it to run, I always get unresolved symbols with
 depmod -e sound.o although I can see the symbols with ksyms (yes the 
 kernelversions match) and if I try a insmod anyway I get "resource busy"

any hint ?
