[rtl] Problem using rt_com

I'm working with RTL V1.2.

I got rt_com-0_3_1_tar.
I compiled it, and all seems ok, but when I tried to load the module with 
insmod rt_com.o I got the message:
   "rt_com.o: init_module: Device or resource busy"

What appens?
